AFTER HOURS CARE FOR UGENT MEDICAL ISSUES

As you may know, we are part of the Richmond Vaughan Family Health Organization (FHO).

The Richmond Vaughan FHO runs an After-Hours Clinic from 5-8pm Monday-Thursday and Saturday morning from 9am-12pm.

At the FHO after-hours clinic, you will be given an appointment time, and we will receive a report of your encounter after your visit. This allows us to follow up with you regarding any necessary further treatment. To book an appointment at our after-hours clinic, please call 905-737-6606

Alternatively, there is an urgent care centre operated by Mackenzie Health Hospital and Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital that can help you with non-life threatening injuries. This care centre is open from 4pm-10pm Monday to Friday, and 10am-4pm Saturday and Sunday. They are located at 9401 Jane St, Vaughan, ON L6A4H7.

At the FHO after-hours clinic or at the urgent care centre, you won’t be able to get routine vaccinations, completion of forms, narcotic renewals, chronic conditions with no acute or recent change. For all these issues, book an appointment with Dr Machat during regular clinic hours.
